How do I gain access to my Gmail if I no longer have access to the recovery email or the recovery phone number

If you can't access your Gmail account because you've lost access to your recovery email or phone number, you can try to recover your account by answering security questions. In Gmail, you can use the "Forgot Password" option. After entering your email, select "Try another way" when it asks for your recovery options. If you've set up security questions previously, Google will guide you through them. Respond as accurately as you can. Once you've done this, Google will evaluate your responses and if they confirm your identity, you'll be able to reset your password and regain access to your account. Please note that it’s essential to keep your recovery options updated for smoother recovery process.

You'll be asked to enter your email address or phone number, then your name. After that, Google will try and confirm it's you. This may involve sending a code to a recovery email address you had provided, or answering security questions. I'm locked out of my Gmail account and my dual verification is not working it's sending the code for my verification to the email address that I'm locked out of

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your Gmail account. Google offers a variety of methods to recover your account. If the dual verification is sending the code to an email address you can't access, you can try another verification option. These can include answering security questions, using a secondary email account you added to your Google Account, or receiving a code via text message or phone call. If you're still unable to recover your account with these methods, there's a process for account recovery where Google will ask multiple questions to confirm you are the account owner. It's important to provide as much information as you can for a successful recovery.

2 factor authentication not working

If your 2-factor authentication isn't working, you can use backup codes saved during the 2FA setup process, or get help from Google. Verify whether your phone settings are correct and the Google Authenticator app is synchronized correctly. One common cause of the problem could be time difference as Google's 2FA relies on correct time settings. For physical security keys, if they're not working, ensure they're compatible with the device you're using. If you're still having trouble, you can try signing in from a trusted device that you've previously used. Make sure to keep your recovery information up to date in case you encounter this problem in the future.
