I bought NBA 2K22 at Walmart intending for Xbox One, but received the Xbox Series X/S version by mistake from a sales clerk. When I realized the error, I tried to exchange it at another Walmart but was unsuccessful. I have the correct version now and would like a refund for the Xbox Series X/S game, which remains unopened. I have the receipt and activation code available. The cost was $69.88 plus tax, totaling $76.34.

My Xbox has started making a strange clicking noise recently. Whenever it makes this noise, my Xbox games freeze. I have been trying repeatedly to regain access to my Xbox gamer tag and account but have been unsuccessful. Despite having all the necessary information including old passwords, console ID, and known phone numbers associated with the account, I no longer have access to the email linked to it. I attempted to recover the email address without success as it doesn't prompt me for security questions. My gamer tag is AbraxasP3, and the ID of the last console used is [redacted]07. The phone number on the account is [redacted], but my current number is [redacted]. I have completed the recovery form multiple times with these details, yet I keep receiving a message stating that my information does not confirm ownership, despite my efforts to provide all the relevant information.

I am concerned about a scammer using Xbox gift cards to deceive people. They trick victims into giving them the cards and then claim they are not working. I am not sure if the money can be refunded or the transaction reversed by Microsoft, but this deceitful behavior needs to be addressed, and authorities should take action to locate them. It is unsettling that they are using another person's genuine address. This situation could have serious consequences and must be stopped.

I would like more information about the Series S/X expansion card. Can I move most of my games from my 4TB Seagate, which I used for my Xbox One, to the internal expansion? I understand the need for the internal drive due to faster processing speeds for newer games. My concern is the transfer speed from my 4TB Seagate to the 1TB internal card. I am debating getting the more expensive 2TB internal drive since I have a lot of games, and they keep getting bigger in size. If the transfer time is reasonable, I am happy with 1TB. My Microsoft account was hacked yesterday, and the person made several purchases for Call of Duty on their Xbox. I immediately changed my password and removed my husband's PayPal account from my account, but unfortunately, the hacker had already made purchases totaling around €[redacted]. I do not own an Xbox or the game Call of Duty. I hope you can assist me further, and hopefully, my husband will get his money back. I was hacked, changed my password immediately, deleted my husband's PayPal account, and hope that you can help me punish the hacker and get the money back. I am having trouble accessing my Xbox account with the gamertag: sterkules#[redacted]. I usually play on PC. Before, I used the email [redacted] for a different Xbox account: sterkules3. I removed the [redacted] email from my computer and thought I successfully changed my Microsoft account email to [redacted] (which is linked to the sterkules#[redacted] account). But now, when I log into my [redacted] Microsoft/Xbox account, it shows the old account sterkules3 which I don't use and doesn't have my friends list or games. The issue is affecting my ability to play Minecraft with my sterkules#[redacted] account. I can't even access this account now. I just want to enjoy playing Halo Infinite and Minecraft on my sterkules#[redacted] account without dealing with technical problems or bugs. I am fine with deleting the [redacted] account and the associated sterkules3 account.

Hello, my name is Douglas. About 5 years ago, I purchased an Xbox One that has been working great. Recently, my power supply burnt out, so I bought a new one, and now the console is working again. However, I am experiencing issues with my Xbox X Series controller, specifically the red one. Since getting the new power supply, the X-Series controller keeps connecting and disconnecting on its own. This was not an issue before the power supply went bad. I bought the power supply at GameStop for $50, and it is an original Xbox power supply, not a cheap knockoff. I am unsure if the power supply is causing this problem with the controller. I am wondering how I can resolve this and prevent my Xbox X Series red controller from disconnecting and reconnecting itself from my Xbox One.

Although I'm uncertain about the original email associated with it, I believe it might be this email. I encountered difficulty accessing that account when I reactivated my subscription a few years back, which led me to create a new account. I believe the old tag, Carl GoodToSeeU, had an active subscription for over a decade, possibly even longer. I am hoping to merge this with my current tag, CARL3goodtoseeu, to regain access to my previous gaming history and achievements. I've been an Xbox Live subscriber as an individual since around [redacted], starting on the original Xbox under the name Phalanx06 before changing tags. I recently purchased the game Black Ops, but I was mistakenly charged twice for it. After speaking with customer service, they advised me to request a refund. I purchased Battlefield [redacted] on Xbox One on November 19, [redacted]. I requested a refund on the same day but was denied because of the long playtime caused by the trial version of Battlefield [redacted] being playable before the release day. Hello, we purchased an Xbox Live Gold gift card for our 9-year-old son as a Christmas gift without knowing that a subscription is not required for certain games like Fortnite and other services. We attempted to return the gift card to the retailer, Wilko, where it was bought, but they do not refund gift cards as per their policy. They suggested contacting Microsoft instead. I am requesting a refund as this was part of our son's Christmas present, and we intend for him to choose something else with the funds, likely V-Bucks. I have been suspended twice recently, and I am seeking clarification on the reasons for my suspension. It seems unfair that I am penalized for potentially offensive behavior while others engage in cheating or hacking without consequences. There are instances of offensive language being used against me in party chat, which led me to retaliate in regular chat against a fan who insulted me.
