I chose option one, and the virtual assistant said, "Let's go shopping." Almost immediately someone picked up the phone and was ready to answer my questions. They did have a thick accent and that meant that I had to repeat a few things, but I was able to get through it and get the answers I needed. Overall the customer service was okay, but I do think they should answer with the Overstock name because it would be far less confusing. I'd still call again if I had any other questions because after a little nonsense I was able to get help.
